EZZE-GREEN Installation
(click
here for printable version)
Installation
needs: A shovel, PVC cutter or hack saw, PVC primer and
glue. The system is installed in a valve box and
connected to the main line of the irrigation system
after the back flow preventer and before the sprinkler
valves. One unit will feed both drip and sprinkler zones
without changing connections or nozzles. It will feed
both front and backyard landscapes.
Info – Locate the installation point. Connection
must be made after an approved back flow prevention
device. For proper performance the dispenser should be
installed in the sprinkler line in a horizontal position
in the sprinkler main line.
Step 1 – Shut off water by closing the valve at
the back flow preventer. Relieve the pressure from the
line at the exhaust valve on the back flow preventer or
by manually opening a sprinkler valve.
Step 2 – When installing the dispenser - The ball
valve must face the back flow shut off valve - This will
enable you to shut off the water when adding the
fertilizing tablets.
Step 3 – If the space for the coupling is cut too
large it may prevent the pipe and the coupling from
forming a solid seal.
LOCAL PLUMBING CODES SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED!
Do not attempt to load tablets until after reading and
follow instructions printed below:

Ezze Green dispensing unit. Unscrew cap, add
desired amount of fertilizer tablets, replace cap making
